Yet another unreleased unreleased video game has had its ROM dumped and archived for the world to enjoy. Thanks to the folks over at Gaming Alexandria, the unreleased Viewpoint 2064 for Nintendo 64 can now be enjoyed by everyone.
This game was a sequel to 1992 game Viewpoint and was in development by Sammy. Viewpoint 2064 had been shown off at at both Space World and Tokyo Game Show 1999 and was originally scheduled for release on November 11. Despite this and being “100% complete” in a piece in Nintendo’s Space World guide book, the game got pushed back another year and was for some reason quietly cancelled by 2001.
