GameStop Changes Pre-Order Policy

According to Jason Schreier of Kotaku, GameStop are changing their pre-order refund policy.

According to the new policy, a person who cancels their pre-order with GameStop and wishes to receive cash back will now have 30 days after the game is released to get the full cash refund. If you wait long than the 30 days, you will only receive the full amount in store credit.

A spokesperson for GameStop told Kotaku:

“We have also empowered our stores with the extra capability of doing what is right for the customer.”
