User LeftRightGN posted on the FortNiteBR subreddit claiming that Epic Games owes a collective $105,000 in unpaid prize money relating to the Fortnite Summer Smash event in Australia. The user even provided a screenshot with Epic Games claiming that the event “wasn’t organized or sponsored by Epic Games.” Epic Games did make an official reply stating that many of the reasons were due to them being provided with incorrect payment details
Since then, LeftRightGN posted an associated Google document that lists 25 people who have unpaid payments. These ranging from $700 to $35,000. Some of the people mentioned have noted that part of the reason was due to incorrect payment details, while others still stick by their claims of accuracy.
