It seems that we could be receiving a revival of the Battle Royale game Radical Heights in the near future. A Reddit user noticed last month that someone had bought the rights to the game. It was later discovered that rights now belong to Squanch Games which is owned by co-creator of Rick and Morty Just Roiland. The trademark has sense gone through the re-certification process and was ratified on May 7.
The game originally launched to positive reviews by Boss Key Productions, but was ultimately shut down 3 months after release.
