Following the release of four players yesterday, HSL Esports have announced they are disbanding their Overwatch roster and all the remaining players and staff are now free agents.
We would like to extent a heartfelt thank you to our Overwatch roster for their commitment and trust during the first half of the Contenders season. They have decided to pursue new opportunities or take a break from Overwatch.
We would also like to thank our coaches, Izzy and Aplox, for their dedication and commitment. We wish them all the best of luck in all their future endeavours!
HSL Esports won Overwatch Contenders Europe late last year and have since struggled to even remain in Contenders being relegated to Contenders Trials two weeks in a row.
