Atari VCS Shipments To Start In June

Atari have announced that shipments of their Atari VCS console will be starting later this month.

The company said that the first 500 units will be shipped out by mid-June after several delays.

Many have voiced their concerns as the console had 11,597 backers from its successful Indiegogo campaign and only 500 of them will receive it this month. Atari has made claims that they have looked around the world for parts and materials needed for production and are estimating they will have enough of them in hand this summer. They also noted they do not have a specific date for when everyone will be receiving their VCS units. Some are even taking bets that the company will not be able to fulfill all orders by the end of the year.
