In an update to a previous report, Sony Interactive Entertainment Japan Asia have confirmed they are ending production on all but one model of the Playstation 4 within the country. The only model that is staying in production is the standard 500GB “Jet Black” model. This means that all slim, 1TB, and Playstation 4 Pro models are now discontinued.
The company will now be focusing the resources to produce more Playstation 5 units.
