Netmarble have announced they are acquiring a majority stake in mobile gaming studio Kung Fu Factory for an undisclosed amount. This will see Kung Fu Factory become an official subsidiary of Netmarble US.
Kung Fu Factory have developed several titles since its formation in 2002. This includes UFC Undisputed 2009, Supremacy MMA, SpongeBob Moves In, WWE Champions, and the upcoming NBA Ball Stars.
Ricci Rukavina, Founder and CEO of Kung Fu Factory, said in a press release:
