According to sources for Bloomberg, Activision will not be releasing a Call of Duty title in the year 2023. Treyarch are reportedly pushing back the Call of Duty title to 2024 allegedly due to the poor sales of Vanguard.
This doesn’t mean that no Call of Duty content won’t be launching as Activision still have Modern Warfare II releasing later this year along with “a steady stream of additional content” for this game. The company are also working on a “new, free-to-play online title”.
