Earlier this month we learned that GameStop closed down one of their fulfillment centers located in Kentucky. Now the company plan on shutting down yet another center.
First reported by the South Florida Business Journal, GameStop have decided to close down their call center in Pembroke Pines Florida resulting in 54 employees losing their jobs. This will go into effect within 14 days of March 19
The company originally opened the call center back in September 2021 and said publicly they planned on hiring around 500 people total.
