A Reddit user who goes by Craige99 shared on the Overwatch subreddit an e-mail they received from Blizzard’s technical support team after jokingly complaining about not receiving a seasonal skin they were hoping to receive. Not only did the support team tell them the best way to give feedback and ideas was to post on their subreddit, but also that Jeff Kaplan is considering “skin-trading” since the company has received numerous requests for the feature since Overwatch launched.

If this were to happen, it would be interesting to see how the company goes through with it considering that other games such as CS:GO has had problems with gambling.
