EA announced today that the highly anticipated game Star Wars Battlefront will be receiving a beta. It is currently expected to take place in “early October” on Xbox One, Playstation 4, and PC.
Beta testers will be able to participate in the 40-player mode as well as unlock Darth Vader and Luke Skywalker. The 40-player mode will take place on the Walker Assault. There will also be a Survival Mission taking place on Tatooine.
EA also revealed that there will be a new feature called Drop Zone, but will reveal more information “in the weeks ahead.”
