According to JapaneseNintendo, Nintendo of Japan have filed 8 trademarks. Three of these trademarks are for Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp, Pokemori, and Marika. These were standard character trademarks.
Other trademarks with images include Animal Crossing, Splatoon, two for The Legend of Zelda, two for Amiibos, and Super Smash Brothers. Some believe this Super Smash Bros. trademark could be a port of the Wii U version of the game to the Switch, or a new Super Smash Bros. game entirely.
