Following in the footsteps of the Xbox One S, Project Scorpio will not be featuring a Kinect port. This likely means that it will use a Kinect adapter which sells for $40 by itself for the Xbox One S.
During the Scorpio reveal, Kinect was only mentioned once and this is what was mentioned…
“Since port arrangement is based on Xbox One S, there’s no return for the original Xbox One’s Kinect port (a USB adapter is required) but the HDMI input is retained.”
