The Pokémon Company and Niantic have updated their Terms of Service policy to reveal they are introducing a three-strike policy for cheaters in Pokémon Go.
The new strike rules are as follows:
Strike 1: Warning
If this strike is issued, players will get a warning in the Pokémon GO app informing them cheating has been detected on their account. They may not be able to encounter rare Pokémon in the wild, and may also be excluded from receiving new EX Raid Passes.
Duration: This strike will last for a total of 7 days.
Strike 2: Suspension
If a player is issued a second strike, they will temporarily lose access to their Pokémon GO account without a prior warning. When attempting to log into the game, players will see a message telling them that their account has been suspended.

Strike 3: Termination
If players have previously received the first and second strikes and still continue to cheat, their account will be permanently banned from the game
Duration: The ban is Permanent
Pokémon Go is available on Android and iOS.
