In what is considered by many to be very bad news for Capcom, Street Fighter V hasn’t even managed to ship 100,000 copies of the game worldwide over the past three months. In total, Capcom have shipped out a total of 1.4 million copies since its initial release.
The company had planned on selling 2 million copies of Street Fighter V by May 31, 2016.
Many speculate the negative reaction to not having a story mode and rushing it to make sure it was available in time for the competitive fighting events started.
