Numerous Pokémon Go players are demanding refunds on in-game app purchases from Google Play and iTunes. This is due to certain items such as the incense can’t be used without the tracking system app.
This comes after a recent update that removed Tracker Footprints and Niantic Labs shutting down third-party websites such as PokeVision.
There have been several cases where players have been issues full refunds by calling customer support.
