Today a speedrunner who goes by KZ_FREW set a new world record for Grand Theft Auto: Vice City under the Any% category. KZ did it with a time of 31 minutes 17 seconds. This beats the previous world record held by Powdinet and their time of 37 minutes 33 seconds.
