Majesco has announced they are teaming up with Abstraction Games to bring the 2009 Wii version of A Boy and His Blob to PS Vita, PC, Xbox One, and Playstation 4.
Abstraction Games released this statement…
“Now rendered at 1080p and 60 frames per second, players can experience the adventure of the boy and his blob as they travel through 40 levels from Earth to Blobolonia. With over 15 transformations, hidden collectibles and 40 additional challenge levels, A Boy and His Blob is packed with replay value.”
A Boy and His Blob is of course a remake of the classic NES game where the idea is to feed your blob jellybeans which will cause it to transform into different things depending on the kind of jellybean you give it. The ports will be released on January 19.
