It seems that A-Train 9 could be making its way West as the ESRB have rated A-Train Express for Playstation 4.
A-Train Express is a PS4 port of the PC A-Train 9 which is exclusive to Japan. This port would include Playstation VR support, controller-based gameplay, and the addition of bullet trains.

This is a simulation game in which players can construct train lines and build cities. Players can choose from a wide variety of train types, terrain, and buildings/features for their cities. One of the buildings available for construction is a winery.
