In what some could use as an argument that shareholders of publicly traded companies don’t care about consumers, Activision held their annual stockholders meeting earlier today. In this meeting, all 10 directors of board, including Bobby Kotick, were all reelected by a majority vote.
91% of shareholders voted to extend the board’s term which will at their annual meeting in 2023. In addition, 88% voted in favor of the company’s executive compensation package.
