A video has surfaced on Vimeo featuring PC hardware Youtuber Austin Evans showing that AMD’s upcoming Ryzen 7 1800X was able to achieve 5.2 Ghz with a Cinebench R15 score of 2449. This beats the previous Cinebench world record of 2410.
It’s worth mentioning that the CPU had a core voltage of 1.875V, the bus speed at 137.78 MHz and the multiplier up at 37.75x. The CPU was also cooled using liquid nitrogen and was able to achieve a temperature of -200C.
