Former Team Liquid coach Alex “Aurace” Nguyen will join the Detroit Renegades as their new head coach. This comes after Detroit Renegades placed at the top of the Overwatch Contenders.
Nguyen said in a statement..
“[Immortals and LG Evil] are probably our toughest opponents but I believe with out playoff bracket we should easily make the final and possibly take it all if we bring our A game.”
Detroit Renegades Overwatch manager Cameron McAlees also stated..
“I know that [Nguyen] had delivered results in the past with his experiences at Team Liquid, and I know that he’s an absolutely outstanding asset to the organization.”
