According to a report by ESPN, Cloud9 will be merging GC Busan and Kongdoo Panthera to create what some are considering an Overwatch super team.
The roster from GC Busan who have signed with Cloud9 include Lee “Hooreg” Dong-Eun, Hong “Gesture” Jae-Hee, Park “Profit” Joon-Yeong, Jo “HaGoPeun” Hyeon-Woo, Sung “WOOHYAL” Seung-Hyun, and Jung “Closer” Won-Sik. It’s also being reported that former Team Liquid member Kim “Fury” Jun-Ho, and former Meta Athena member Jong-Seok “NUS” Kim have also joined the team. The last members of the 12-man team include Kim “Rascal” Dong-jun, Baek “Fissure” Chan-hyung, Kim “birdring” Ji-hyuk, and Seung “Bdosin” Choi-tae.
The regular season of the Overwatch League starts on December 10.
