Confidential Page Regarding GameStop Store Manager Pay Leaked

In an update regarding pay cuts to GameStop store managers published last night, a page regarding GameStop’s 2023 fiscal year plans has now leaked online.

Page 27, which was uploaded by an official moderator over on the official GameStop subreddit, reveals the company’s goal of reducing overtime for all Store Leaders by 80% in order to improve store profitability.

While this is controversial in it’s own right, the page also reveals that District Managers will be monitoring overtime and limit total spending at all levels and are explicitly being told to not directly communication with Store Leaders.

GameStop notes this is being implemented to provide Store Leaders with “an improved work life balance.”
