According to a leaked image that was uploaded to Imgur, GameStop are making some managerial changes and will be laying off 50 district managers, regional managers, human resources, and loss prevention employees.
This will see 18 regions now consolidated into three: Southeast, Northeast, and West. The company e-mail also states:
“There is more work to be done to streamline the number of tasks for our field leaders and provide tools to support their daily activities. This work has already begun and will continue moving forward.”
