
According to a new report by 11Alive in Atlanta Georgia, 32-year old Thomas Cheung was one of 21 men that were caught as part of an undercover child sex sting. The sting was operated over the course of five days and was orchestrated by the GBI task force and various agencies within the Georgia Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
Cheung is the Community Specialist at Hi-Rez Studios for Paladins Strike and previously Smith according to his LinkedIn. According to records obtained by VPEsports, Cheungwas arrested for possessing computer electronic pornography, child exploitation, and computer child exploitation online on January 30 and could face up to 20 years in prison under the “Computer or Electronic Pornography and Child Exploitation Prevention Act of 2007.”
At the time of publishing Twitch (whom he is partnered with) nor Hi-Rez Studios have commented on the matter.
