Deep Silver have announced that a closed beta for Homefront: The Revolution will be released in Xbox One next month. The studio also revealed a new online co-op mode referred to as “Resistance Mode” along with a new trailer.
Resistance mode is a 4-player co-op mode where you will form a Resistance Cell with your friends against the KPA and will unlock blueprints, rare equipment, and new skills as you level up.
The beta will take place from February 11-14 on Xbox One. Hasit Zala, Director of Dambuster Studios released this statement…
“Homefront: The Revolution is this team’s most ambitious project yet. In addition to our epic 30-plus hour single-player campaign, we expect to launch Resistance Mode with 12 Missions, packed with re-playability, and hope to release another 20 Missions within the first year. To ensure our community can always play together, all Resistance Mode Missions will be free to download.”
