The Houston Outlaws have announced they have signed tank player Russell “FCTFCTN“ Campbell to their roster. FCTFCTN was a member of the FaZe clan and part Team USA during the Overwatch World Cup 2017. This means he will rejoin his fellow Team USA players Jake, coolmast69, and Rawkus.
