HP Inc. has announced the definitive agreement, to purchase HpyerX from the Kingston Technology Company. HP is looking to continue expanding their gaming business. This will include all HyperX peripherals including their headsets, microphones, keyboards, mice, and more. The purchase price for HyperX from Kingston Technology Company will be $245 million. The deal should be completed the second quarter of 2021. Kingston will continue making it’s SSD, flash, DRAM products for pc builders.
