The New York Court of Appeals have dismissed an appeal by Lindsey Lohan against Rockstar Games and Grand Theft Auto V.
This stems from a suit filed by Lohan in 2014 claiming that the character Lacey Jonas was based on her “portrait and voice.” The suit was dismissed in 2016, but she later filed for an appeal.
