Jake Tapper of CNN revealed via Twitter the list of attendees that will be attending the White House meeting today to discuss the issue of violence in video games. While the list contains figureheads within the industry like CEOs of major companies and organizations, one sticks out like a soar thumb.
The list has a “Mr” Pat Vance who is the President of the Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB), however their actual name is Patricia Vance. This means that the list believed the President of the ESRB was male instead of female.
