After a leak by Target yesterday, Warner Bros. Interactive officially announced Middle-Earth: Shadow of War will release on August 25, 2017 for Playstation 4, PC, and Xbox One.
Warner Bros. Interactive have stated the game will take place between the events of The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings and will continue the story of Shadow of Mordor.
