It was recently discovered that CBS filed a trademark for Star Trek: Alien Domain for use with video games, mobile phone applications, and computer software. Nobody knows if this means a plan for a new Star Trek movie and having a game based off it, or just a brand new game in general.
The last movie based Star Trek game was released in 2013 and was made by Bandai Namco and Digital Extremes.
