Famitsu have released the estimated hardware sales for Japan during the week on April 6-12. After a long reign of the top spot, the Switch has been dethroned by the Playstation 4 thanks in large part to the release of Final Fantasy VII Remake. The Playstation 4 sold 60,721 units while Switch only sold 19,429.
