According to Bloomberg’s Jason Schreier, Ubisoft sent a message out to their employees regarding recent allegations made against certain team members.
The company said they are conducting a thorough audit of their polcies and practices to improve the overall work environment for everyone.
While in the screenshot taken above doesn’t show it, Schreier notes that hundreds of employees are furious as in their eyes human resources have done nothing to help them. Many also pointed out that several stories and rumors that have surfaced on social media within the past week had been reported to HR several years ago with no resolution taking place.
