After leaving back to China due to a family emergency during the Stage 2, the Shanghai Dragons have announced they have decided to release Fang “Undead” Chao. This decision was approved by the Overwatch League.
Undead was the team’s DPS and previously played for eStar Gaming and LGD Gaming before ultimately being signed by the Shanghai Dragons on October 31, 2017.
The Shanghai Dragons start Stage 3 with a match against the Dallas Fuel on April 4.
