In a statement made on MAGfest’s official Twitter account, all six members of the Board of Directors have resigned. This comes following allegations of inappropriate actions against both staff members and volunteers by the Board of Directors with most of the accusations being noted on the site Friends of MAGfest.Three replacement have been assigned immediately while the others have not been named.
Executive Director Paul Birtel has also been accused of ignoring complains and participating in these actions, but has yet to resign from his position at the time of publishing.
