According to NeoGAF users, people who pre-ordered Ubisoft’s upcoming South Park: The Fractured But Whole on the Playstation Network are having their games cancelled and refunding the money.
The users have said these refunds are being put back as credit on the Playstation Network or to their credit cards. You can view a screenshot of a message one received from Sony down below..
Sony has not provided any reason for these cancellations with the exception of the e-mail.
