Splyce have announced they are closing their Super Smash Bros. division. This means that both Michael “Nintendude” Brancato and McCain “MacD” LaVelle have been released from their contracts.

This comes after both members failed to even reach the top 8 in any major tournament within the past year. Splyce will continue to focus their operations in League of Legends, Call of Duty, and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.
