Tencent are looking to add even more power to their video game publishing empire as they are currently trading shares with Norwegian KGJ Capital AS to acquire 29% of Funcom. This would make them the majority shareholder of the company.
Rui Casais, CEO of Funcom, said in the press release:

Funcom are best known for creating games such as Conan Exiles, Mutant Year Zero: Road to Eden, and The Secret World.
